Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within, at most, a week of placing your order.
All orders are sent recorded with a choice of 1st or 2nd class. This is so that tracking can be provided for all orders to avoid any lost packages. All International orders will also be sent recorded with tracking.
If you are in a rush for your items please get in touch and we can arrange to get your package to you sooner.
Some countries require you to pay a duty tax, please be aware of your countries requirements, and know if you need to visit the Post Office to retrieve your parcel. We do not give refunds on your countries tax and will always put the correct information & value on customs.
We cannot be held accountable for items lost in the mail or provide a refund. If items do get lost within the post, everything is sent tracked so it would be your responsibility to contact the Postal service to make an inquiry or claim.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information including, e-mail, shipping address, and billing information
If an item is returned to us we will wait for address confirmation before shipping again. We also may require another shipping fee.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of any items. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please ship items back within 7 days of delivery
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for:
● Custom pieces made to order
● Earrings due to hygiene reasons
